Valentine Candy Tin

Here's another candy tin I made up for Valentine's Day using one of the new Sale-a-bration stamp sets. You'll find the tin in the clearance section of my Online Store! It's only 99 cents! (Skinny Silver Tin, #108333, $0.99 ~ while supplies last!) Click here to place an order.

To create the line of gathered ribbon, I put a piece of Sticky Strip across the DSP and then adhered the Real Red Satin Ribbon, gathering and layering as I went.

Here's what's inside the tin:

I love these skinny silver tins because they are perfect for so many things: a set of cards (check out this Valentine Card set from last year), tags, photo album, gift card...what will you use it for?

Supplies: Whimsical Words, Real Red ink & cardstock, Pretty in Pink cardstock, Sending Love DSP, Full Heart Punch, Trio Flower Punch, Chocolate Chip Epoxy Brads, Real Red Satin Ribbon Sticky Strip, Skinny Silver Tin

How very cute and simple. This is my style of stamping and creating. I would love to make these for my nieces and nephews. Of course, they always give me back the tin after they are finished with the candy. Then I can make them something for the next holiday. Welcome to LNS.

Love this!! I need to check out your blog more often, as I need to LEARN how to stamp "simple and clean" . .. I'm one of those "more is better", bling everything, stampers . . . and it's hard to do 45-minute cards at workshops!! hee hee Thanks for sharing!
